6. Bookings, Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure bookings
Full payment is due on the day of service

Failure to pay may result in cancellation or refusal of future bookings.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Minimum 24–48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit
Repeat no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings
8. Late Arrivals

Full service fees may still apply
